Vikram Puri leads Archer Hospitality and the vision behind The Astor brand, bringing together contemporary hospitality, thoughtful experiences, and a personalised approach to guest service.
Archer Hospitality has operated hotels since 1999 and owns The Astor Hotel Collection and DoubleTree by Hilton Agra.

Vaibhav Gupta
Vaibhav Gupta leads the team at The Astor Goa, overseeing the hotel’s operations and guest experience with a focus on warm, intuitive hospitality and consistently high service standards. He brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience.

Chef Pradeep Thakur
Chef Pradeep Thakur leads the culinary experience at The Astor Goa, bringing together thoughtfully crafted flavours and diverse dining experiences at Deck 88, the hotel’s all-day dining destination.
His remit covers Deck 88, the Astor Baking Company and in-room dining, and he maintains the menu and dining information published on this site.
