What Our Guests Say
We’d rather show you real reviews than tell you we’re wonderful.

Guest reviews
Read current guest feedback on Google and Tripadvisor. Review content should be embedded from the source platform or added through your review widget, rather than copied into static HTML.
Our policy
How we handle reviews
This is the part most hotel review pages leave out, and it is the part that carries the trust.
Every review gets a reply
From a named member of the team, not a template.
Nothing is filtered
If a review is critical it appears here alongside the rest.
Pulled live, not copied
Reviews come from the source platform, so the rating you see is the rating that exists today.
The pattern
What guests tell us most often
Across platforms, the same three things come up.
One
The space
Guests notice that the entry-level category is a suite, not a room. It is the single most-mentioned thing, and it is also the reason people extend.
Two
The breakfast hours
Serving until 11:30 AM comes up far more than we expected it to when the decision was made.
Three
The team
Named staff members appear in reviews regularly, which for a 72-suite property is what we would hope for and is difficult to achieve at larger scale.
Accountability
What we changed because of a review
2024 – 2026
Recognition
Leave a review
If you have stayed with us, we would rather hear it publicly than not at all. Reviews on Google and Tripadvisor are read by the whole team every week.
Reviews sourced live from Google and Tripadvisor. Responses written by the front-office team at The Astor and overseen by Vaibhav Gupta, General Manager.
