Getting to the beach
Sinquerim Beach is the nearest at 900 metres, and the hotel runs a complimentary beach drop between 07:00 AM and 07:00 PM. It is walkable in about ten minutes when it is not the middle of the afternoon, and in April and May it is not.
Sinquerim is the quieter end of the same stretch of sand that becomes Candolim Beach and then Calangute. Walk north along it for twenty minutes and the crowd density changes noticeably.

When to come
November to February is the high season, dry and mild, and it is also when Candolim is busiest and rates are highest. March to May is hot, quieter and cheaper. June to September is the monsoon, when the coast is green, the sea is closed for swimming and the property is at its most peaceful.
For a first visit, late November or early February gives you the weather without the last-week-of-December pricing.
