How to contact us

Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel the booking, you will need to advise the hotel before 72 hours from the day of arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.
Refund Policy
Any refund initiated, minimum of 15-21 working days is required.
Check In & Check Out Time
Our Hotel Check-in Time is 2 pm and our Check-Out time is 12 noon.
Message For Early Check-In
Early Check-in- between 0700 hours – 1000 hours- 50 % of the room rate. 1000 hours-1400 hours check in will be subject to availability.
Late Checkout Policy
Late Checkout- 1200-1500 hours- complimentary depending on subject to availability. Beyond 1500 hours- half day until 2000hrs, 100% of the room rate guest has booked upon.
Child Policy
Accommodation is free for 2 child below the age of 12 years sharing the parents’ room in existing bedding of the Suite Breakfast will be charged 50% of the actual breakfast rate.
Extra Adult & Extra Child rates if applicable
Accommodation is free for 1 adult sharing room in existing bedding of the suite, Breakfast will be charged 50% of the actual breakfast rate.
Extra Bed Policy
Extra bed will be provided on Additional charges of INR 2500 plus applicable taxes on per night basis.
